Office Remodel Project
This is an office remodeling project that we worked on for a customer who owns and operates a Manufacturing facility in North Attleboro, MA.  We we hired to expand an existing office.  We installed new electrical outlets and data lines for computers.  A new suspended ceiling and a heat register will be added as we progress with project.  A pocket door will replace the existing door to allow additional wall space to be utilized.
Basement Remodeling Project
This Project consisted of the complete installation of a room in a basement.  The client wanted additional living space for their needs.  We added additional closet space and a dedicated heat zone to this room for added comfort.  The client wanted to have an open feeling leading down into the basement, so we added a custom Oak railing and tapered spindles all the way down to the Newel Post.  This job was the third renovation that we performed for this customer.  We appreciate the repeat business and we are thankful for the repeat work.  Being able to perform most of the services ourselves has increased the production time and allowed us to maintain our schelduling time for other projects that we have in the future.
Tiling
Stoughton, Massachusetts
The client had called us after they hired an unexperienced contractor.  This company did not have suitable remodeling experience, thus it was a nightmare for the client.  We stepped in and offered consultant services to them, established a plan, and completed their kitchen.  The original cabinets were too low and the new stove that the client had purchased was two inches too high.  Keeping in mind that a new floor would be added at the end of the remodel, we had to figure out how much to add to the cabinets to make the openings and heights just right.  We shimmed the tops of the cabinets and had the cabinets refaced to hide our handy work.  The Granite Countertops were installed and a new floor was laid.  We installed the tile backsplash to finish off this remodel.  We had a electrical plug removed and relocated because it took away from the tile pattern.  After this project was completed, my client had informed us that it was a worth while investment to hire us.
Bathroom Remodeling
Cumberland, Rhode Island
This was one of many projects that we performed for this client.  This client had wanted to perform the demolition and small tasks for themselfs to save some money.  We gave them advise and a detailed check list on how to prepare the project for us.  We received a call that it was too much hard labor for them to finish their part, and we took over.  We completely the demolished of the ceilings, walls and floors, prior to starting the renovation.  We had located a huge caprenter ant nest while performing demolition services and happily evicted the critters.  We built some custom cabinet doors for their existing bathroom closet, and added a door to the laundry shute that we designed.  When the clothes are dropped into the chute, they are collected by a spring hinged door in the basement.  When the door is unlatched and pulled open from below, they fall into a laundry basket.  We installed all the plumbing fixtures, flooring, sheetrock and tile.  We installed new framing and doors.  This was the only bathroom in the home and we performed these services while they were away.  It was a worry free experience for them.  My client thinks that this bathroom belongs in a Better Homes and Gardens magazine.  They were thrilled with the end results.
Tiling and Remodeling
Raynham, Massachusetts
This project was completed over a year long scheldule.  We started out with removing a bearing wall, and relocating several electrical circuits.  We added a closet and installed a new laminate floor, including new base trim and wall trim.  A hole in the basement floor was cutout with a demo saw, a concrete footing was poured and a stell lolly column was installed, per building code requirement.  New Kitchen cabinets and Granite countertops were also installed.  We gave the client the labor for the Tile backsplash installation.  Thats right....Free, No Charge.  We appreciated the abundance of work that we received at this location.  It took us a days labor to complete the tiling, grouting, and the grout sealing.  This house looks amazing inside.
